1. Marketing and Products
We are providing advice for product development. Clients can propose product scope as prefer, including texture, color, scent, active ingredients, or product samples to sale representative.
2. Select Product Standard or Formular
Development
2.1 Select the formular from Price List (No formular adjustment)
2.2 Product development
After acknowledge client’s preferences, staff will refer requirements to the product research and development staff for acquiring product development samples and send trial products to the client.
- Product formulation development takes 7-14 days.
- For new developed products, clients must wait 30 days for product stability testing before ordering.
- For formula development, formula development fee of 5,000 baht will be charged (when the client request for production, the formula development cost will be deducted from the total production cost).
- For formula development, the minimum production order is not less than 50,000 baht.
3. Product Sample
For sample testing, the company will send samples to clients for trial (Client can develop formula 3 times). If the customer agrees with preferred to formula, the formula receipt must be signed back to the sale representative.
4. Inform the desired finished product details
The client needs to inform sales staff of the required details, included packaging, boxes, stickers and designs (clients can order as finished products or can order only meat products).
5. Product Price
Clients can bid product price according to the details stated with the sale representative.
6. Payment
Clients must pay 60% deposit to start the production process.
7. Cosmetics Registration
Product registration with FDA (Registration takes approximately 7-14 business days.
- Registration fee for the entrepreneur’s number 1,000 baht (For first time registration)
- Cosmetic registration fee 2,000 baht/Product formulation fee
8. Product Design
Logo, packaging, boxes, stickers can be designed according to customer requirements. (Design takes about 7 days).
9. Production process
The production process will be started 30 days after logo, packing, boxes and sticker design were confirmed.
10.Quality Inspection and Product Assurance
When the production process finished, there will be the quality and assurances check at every production process to meet the standards.
11. Payment
Clients must pay the remaining 40% to start production shipment.
12. Product shipment
We provide fast and accurate delivery from the factory to clients (Clients will receive products about 3 days after shipment).
